Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in financial due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, or corporate finance.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
  • Certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or FRM are highly valued.
