Senior Credit Card Sales Strategist

About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Credit Card Sales Strategist to join our team at NetAmbit ValueFirst Services India Private Ltd.
As a seasoned sales leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving credit card sales growth and market penetration through effective strategy development and execution.
Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage a high-performing team of field sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive credit card sales growth and market penetration.
- Analyze sales data, market insights, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to the FOS sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate team members to maximize their potential and achieve individual and team targets.
- Revenue Generation and Target Achievement:
- Set ambitious sales targets and revenue goals for the field sales teams, and develop action plans to achieve them.
- Monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective measures as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
