About the Role

The Senior Sales Director - Credit Card Growth will be responsible for driving credit card sales growth and market penetration in the North Region. This individual will develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue generation, customer acquisition, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive credit card sales growth and market penetration.
  • Revenue Generation and Target Achievement
    • Set ambitious sales targets and revenue goals for the field sales teams.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling Initiatives
    • Drive cross-selling initiatives and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue generation and customer lifetime value.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards related to credit card sales and marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the financial services industry with a focus on credit card sales.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to credit card sales.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering tangible business outcomes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change effectively.

Compensation

This role comes with an estimated annual salary of ₹1,200,000 to ₹2,400,000 based on experience and performance.

Work Environment

This role is based in Noida, India and requires working 6 days a week.
