The Technical Product Tester role involves ensuring the quality of browser extensions and web applications. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing test cases, test plans, and scenarios for technical products.
- Performing manual testing on websites and browser extensions to identify defects and verify fixes.
- Ensuring product features meet specifications and requirements.
- Collaborating with developers to reproduce issues and provide detailed bug reports.
Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in testing technical products (web applications).
- Testing experience with different browsers and bug-tracking tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable skills include automation, software development, security, threat analysis, cloud computing, open-source technology, programming languages, RESTful APIs, continuous integration, DevOps, and testing methodology.
