Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our automated testing efforts, crafting innovative solutions that guarantee the reliability and performance of our software products.

This role demands a strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java and Python, as well as hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and test automation frameworks like TestNG and JUnit.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our development and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal results.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
  • Lead a team of software testers and user interface experts to drive testing efficiency and quality.
  • Analyze and research Development Epics and User Stories for test scenarios and updates.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks to streamline testing processes.
  • Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues found during testing.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile/Scrum activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in test automation, incorporating them into our testing processes.
