We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Strategy and Operations Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving collaboration across product leaders, analyzing market insights, and ensuring the highest quality of inputs for decision-making.

About the Role

The Product Strategy and Operations Lead will work closely with every product leader across the organization to gather key inputs and insights, facilitate discussions, and ensure alignment of priorities to make informed selections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Leaders: Work closely with product leaders to gather key inputs and insights, facilitating discussions and ensuring alignment of priorities to make informed selections.
  • Market Insights Analysis: Continuously track market trends and competitor activities to understand market needs and opportunities, using data-driven insights to provide recommendations for product strategy and selections.
  • Ensure High-Quality Inputs: Ensure the best-in-class inputs are utilized for selection processes, developing and maintaining frameworks for gathering, validating, and incorporating input from various stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between teams, ensuring smooth communication and progress toward strategic goals, maintaining timelines, overseeing progress, and reporting to senior management on program deliverables.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Master's degree in business, product management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in program management, especially in collaborative environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
