Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Strategy Manager to join our team at Target in Bengaluru. As a key member of our product operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and implementation of our digital products.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a trusted advisor to the product portfolio by bringing data and insights into conversations and ceremonies. You will work closely with multiple levels of product teams to engage them in creating and implementing team routines that reflect product thinking and connection to OKRs. Additionally, you will provide visibility to dependencies and risks across the portfolio and enable collaboration across product teams.

You will also be responsible for optimizing workflows, managing tools and systems, and implementing best practices to improve productivity and collaboration across teams. This includes supporting the portfolio-level roadmap and ensuring that product management processes are efficient and scalable.

Furthermore, you will act as a bridge between product, engineering, and other teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment. This involves coordinating meetings, setting agendas, and following up on action items to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Requirements
  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of Product management or Product Ops experience
  • Nice to have working experience on Ads Platform / Data platform & understanding of data processing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark), real-time data technologies, data transformation framework, and AI/ML integration
  • Nice to have experience working on Hybrid infrastructure of Cloud & On-prem
  • Experience working in an agile environment (e.g., user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas)
  • Ability to self-organize and lead through ambiguity
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts in easy-to-understand terminology across Operations, Product, and Technology
  • Ability to influence peers and partners to find common ground, push for consistency where possible, facilitate conversations, and navigate competing interests
