About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced project manager to lead project teams for Skid modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, fabrication practices, and manufacturing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Project Teams: Manage and coordinate project teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
  2. Fabrication Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of fabrication practices for Skids and its components.
  3. Manufacturing Techniques: Have wide exposure to various manufacturing techniques and scheduling of Skid modules.
  4. Project Management: Lead and organize entire Skid projects across multiple plants.
  5. Customer Satisfaction: Achieve a minimum customer satisfaction level of 90%.
  6. Objective Setting: Establish objectives, standards, and production schedules with cost and delivery effectiveness.
  7. Resource Organization: Organize resources for various projects, production, planning, and maintenance activities.
  8. Industry Standards: Knowledge of ASME standards, IBR codes, and EN codes, as well as lean manufacturing techniques.
  9. Contract Negotiation: Prepare CORs, negotiate with customers to obtain change orders, and realize milestone payments.
  10. Timely Delivery: Ensure on-time delivery to avoid late delivery (LD).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Working Knowledge of Computers (MS Office)
  • Commercial/Contractual Terms
  • ASME, IBR, EN Codes
  • Prime Vera Certification
  • MS Project Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 15-20 Years of Project Management Experience
  • Experience in Static Equipment/Boiler Pressure Parts/Spools
