Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Design

The ideal candidate will have at least 10-12 years of experience in construction project management for real estate sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate design efforts, including reading drawings, commenting on consultant-provided drawings, and conducting value engineering to optimize design and details from cost and safety perspectives.
  • Work closely with architects, stakeholders, and services consultants to ensure smooth coordination and liaison.
  • Manage AutoCAD drawings, including reading, writing, modifications, and changes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as PM, Contracts, Engineers, EHS, and others to track design deliverables.
  • Plan and prepare MOMs, bar charts, manpower planning, material planning, DPR, WPR & MPR, cash flow statements, and other tracking tools.
  • Apply Microsoft Project tool for scheduling and tracking.
  • Review tender documents, prepare query lists, and issue RFPs to vendors.

Requirements:

  • Experience in high-end residential, hotel, and commercial real estate construction site management is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in construction project management for real estate sites is required.
