Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled integration project manager to drive the success of our global IT projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale integration projects, with a strong focus on delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, developing project plans, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. They will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating project risks, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical staff, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, including technical, operational, and financial risks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in managing large-scale integration projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
