Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery.

They will effectively coordinate with stakeholders, team members, and external partners to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of MEP services.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed.
  • Oversee procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations for MEP services.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure adherence to design and safety standards.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field is required.
  • A minimum of 8–10 years of experience in MEP project management is necessary.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools is essential.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are must-haves.
  • Familiarity with green building practices and energy codes is a plus.
