Job Title: Senior E-commerce Operations Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior E-commerce Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations across major online marketplaces.

  • You will oversee the assortment lifecycle, tracking style performance, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of product go-lives.
  • Another key aspect of the job is managing the onboarding process for new styles, ensuring they are visible to customers and meet sales targets.
  • You will analyze data to monitor sales, sell-through, margins, return %, and stock health to identify areas for improvement.
  • The ideal candidate will work closely with platform category managers to plan growth initiatives, visibility slots, and marketing campaigns that drive business results.
