Job Overview

The MEP Manager will lead the management of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) activities for a semiconductor project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate MEP activities to ensure alignment with project specifications and client requirements.
  • Oversee the installation, testing and commissioning of critical systems including power distribution, HVAC, ultrapure water treatment, process gases, and other semiconductor-specific utilities.
  • Ensure compliance with international codes/standards and local regulations.
  • Monitor project progress, manage schedules and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Implement and enforce quality control and safety protocols specific to semiconductor facilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and coordination issues across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP works, with at least 5 years in semiconductor / high-tech / cleanroom projects.
  • Proven expertise in HVAC systems for cleanrooms, ultrapure water systems, process gases, and high-voltage electrical distribution.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills with ability to handle multi-disciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with BIM, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
