We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR professional to support various HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment.
This role requires a proactive approach to managing employee relations, recruitment, training, and performance management. Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Employee Management: Manage the entire HR process, from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
- Compliance and Compensation: Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations; develop and manage compensation strategies that foster talent retention and competitive salary structures.
- Training and Benefits Administration: Design and administer training programs that promote employee development; manage employee benefits to enhance satisfaction and engagement.
- Confidentiality and Ethics: Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive employee information.
- HR Program Development and Policy Compliance: Develop and maintain HR programs and policies, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations; provide support and interpretation of HR policies to both employees and management.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze HR data and generate reports that inform strategic decisions for workforce planning and management.
- Policy Support and Interpretation: Offer guidance on HR policies, ensuring understanding and compliance at all organizational levels.
- Liaison and Communication: Serve as a communication bridge between employees and management, resolving workplace issues and fostering positive employee relations.
- Collaboration and Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with managers and teams to effectively implement HR initiatives.
- Team Management and Coordination: Manage and support HR teams, coordinating tasks under pressure to achieve organizational goals.
- Change Management and Adaptability: Lead organizational change initiatives, driving continuous improvement and innovation across HR processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, employment laws, and compensation management strategies.
- Expertise in developing and administering training programs and managing employee benefits.
- High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality in managing sensitive employee information.
- Experience in developing HR policies and programs, with a strong focus on legal compliance and policy interpretation.
- Strong analytical skills to compile, analyze, and interpret HR data for strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, with a proven ability to liaise between employees and management.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with managers and teams, fostering collaboration.
- Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to coordinate tasks and manage teams under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability.
- Minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience in HR management, with a background in HR generalist roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
