Job Description:

As a key member of our engineering leadership team, you will be responsible for leading teams of Software Engineers in Bengaluru.

You will help your team members develop their skills through growth frameworks, performance reviews, mentorship, and one-on-ones.

  • Inspiring and leading a high-performing team of 8–10 engineers.
  • Co-defining the technical vision and strategy for your domain, guiding the team through architectural and engineering decisions.
  • Driving execution and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-impact outcomes.
  • Ensuring the platform is secure, resilient, and scalable—supporting millions of users globally.
  • Designing robust, cloud-agnostic, distributed systems that are built to last.
Requirements:

We're looking for someone with:

  • 8+ years in software engineering with a focus on building distributed, cloud-native systems.
  • 3+ years of engineering leadership, managing teams of 8+ engineers.
  • Demonstrated success leading in high-performance technical environments.
  • Strong project and delivery management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
