Key Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Distributed Systems Architect to join our organization, where we're focused on developing AI-powered products.

This role is ideal for hands-on technical leaders who want to solve complex infrastructure challenges and build a trusted platform for critical business decisions.

Job Description
  • System Architecture: Design and develop the foundational backend services that form the backbone of our platform, ensuring they meet rigorous standards for performance and reliability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of designing and building complex, large-scale distributed systems.
  • Deep expertise in backend development, including system architecture, data modeling, and API design. You take pride in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • A strong bias for action and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. You have a passion for the craft and a drive to ship high-quality, impactful code.
  • Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., Python, Go, Java, C++). Experience with or interest in TypeScript is a plus.
  • Experience with modern cloud and data infrastructure is essential (e.g., Google Cloud, Docker/Kubernetes, Postgres), but we value strong fundamentals above specific tool experience.
