We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our team in Hyderabad. This candidate will be a part of our Private Capital Markets team which offers cutting-edge digital solutions.

The role involves working in Hybrid mode at our Hyderabad office and the work timings are 2pm -11pm IST.

The day-to-day responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Collaborate with global team leads to develop software based on acceptance criteria and technical specifications
  • Work with front-end engineers and product teams to gather requirements
  • Develop software in a FinTech environment on a complex financial platform
  • Contribute to quality assurance by identifying and resolving defects and bugs
  • Investigate and document software issues for other teams
  • Work with local and U.S.-based teams to refine requirements in the backlog
  • Leverage new software development tools and technologies
  • Provide leadership & guidance to junior team members

Essential qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; advanced degree is a plus
  • At least 7 years of experience in application development with Python, Django, Flask
  • At least 5 years of experience with REST API
  • At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Entity Framework
  • Experience in database modeling and writing complex queries
  • Experience deploying and managing services using container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes or Docker
  • Experience with React is highly desirable
  • Experience with Azure services including App Services, Azure Functions, Web Jobs, Key Vault, Storage (blob), App Insights
  • Experience designing, developing, and maintaining Excel and other add-ins for platforms selling into the financial industry
  • Experience delivering and receiving content as JSON
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably ADO/Git
  • Experience with application lifecycle management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Experience with Auth0/ Azure BC
  • Experience with cloud storage like Azure Blob Storage
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery tools
