Lead .NET Developer & Architect Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align software solutions with overarching business needs and strategic objectives.
  • Team Mentorship & Oversight: Mentor junior developers, fostering their growth and skill development. Oversee project implementation from conception to delivery, ensuring successful outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in .NET application development and architecture.
  • Proficiency in applying coding best practices, security protocols, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in mentoring junior developers and providing technical guidance.
