Job Title:

Senior Enterprise Software Engineer

  • This is a highly skilled and experienced position, responsible for leading the development of large-scale enterprise software solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable enterprise software solutions, managing a team to ensure efficient execution and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement engineering best practices, code reviews, design reviews, and testing approaches.
  • Apply experience in configuration management tools, relational databases, NoSQL databases, and DevOps CI/CD tooling.
  • Implement application security and secure design practices, while advocating for and implementing industry-standard solutions.
  • Manage learning and contribute to functional knowledge building, promoting growth within the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
  • 8-10 years of experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise software solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing products.
  • Hands-on experience as a backend developer using JavaScript or TypeScript, and one or more common languages/frameworks (e.g., Node.js).
  • Deep understanding of Object-Oriented programming and engineering principles like SOLID.
  • Proficiency in cloud-native application deployment/debugging, preferably on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong knowledge of application security, secure design practices, and DevOps CI/CD tooling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
