About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to leverage their skills in mainframe technologies such as COBOL, JCL, DB2, SQL, SQL Stored Procedures, Messaging Queues (IBM MQ, Kafka), CICS, Easytrieve, Datacom, SORT utilities, and REXX.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mainframe Development: 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing mainframe applications using various technologies.
  • Scheduling Tools: Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Control-M, ChangeMan, FileAid, Startool, TOAD, and SPUFI.
  • RCA Analysis: Strong Root Cause Analysis skills to identify and resolve complex issues in enterprise applications.
  • Agile Methodologies: Thorough understanding of Agile software development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban via tools such as JIRA and Rally.

  • Strong knowledge of mainframe programming languages and technologies.
  • Experience in scheduling tools and automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
