Lead Architect Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Architect to join our team. As a key member of our architecture department, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects.

  • Project Leadership: Direct the efforts of architects, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality project delivery.
  • Feasibility Analysis: Collaborate with our land acquisition team to assess project feasibility and prepare necessary test-fits.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with sales, project managers, and consultants to synchronize space programs and project timelines.
  • Meetings Management: Schedule and lead project kick-off and weekly review meetings to ensure progress and address challenges.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Architecture degree, excellent English language skills, and strong proficiency in PowerPoint presentation creation and delivery. Experience in architecture, real estate design management, and working on-site is beneficial.

Requirements
  • Minimum 12+ years of professional experience as a Lead Architect.
  • Minimum 7+ years of professional experience as a Design Manager - Architect.
  • Strong knowledge of SketchUp, hands-on experience with USGBC and Revit is an added advantage.
