You will provide expert inputs on financial products including NRI accounts, deposits, mutual funds, insurance, and investment options. Additionally, you will maintain proactive communication with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to foster engagement and loyalty.

To be successful in this position, you must identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products based on client profiles and goals. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of client requests and resolution of issues.
