  • Engage with potential customers via phone calls, providing information about Medical/Non-medical Courses (domestic/international) Levels.
  • Convert leads into sales and ensure smooth handover to the post-sales team.
  • Manage and update customer information in CRM or sales software.
  • Collaborate with the sales manager for daily reporting and performance tracking.
  • Assist in developing and executing strategies for user acquisition and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing information about courses via phone calls.
  • Converting leads into sales and ensuring smooth handover.
  • Managing and updating customer information in CRM or sales software.
  • Collaborating with the sales manager for daily reporting and performance tracking.
  • Developing and executing strategies for user acquisition and sales growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in educational course selling or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM, proficiency in CRM management or similar sales software relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
