Were Hiring: Academic Mentor (Class Coordinator) | Sales & Counseling Department

Location: Work From Home / Work From Office

Work Hours: 12:00 PM 9:00 PM | 6 Days a Week

About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Academic Mentors (Sales Counselors) for our MAT (Mental Ability & Aptitude Training) program. As an Academic Mentor, you will be the first point of contact for parents and studentsguiding them, resolving queries, and converting leads into admissions for our skill-building courses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Conversion: Engage with potential leads via calls, follow-ups, and convert them into paid enrollments.
- Academic Counseling & Demos: Understand students learning needs, deliver product demos, and guide parents on course benefits.
- Sales Pitching: Present course outcomes, benefits, and long-term value to drive conversions.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet weekly and monthly sales and conversion goals.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, closures, and daily activities on CRM tools.
- Customer Relationship: Build strong relationships with parents and students to encourage long-term engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Bachelors degree in any stream (MBA preferred, not mandatory).
- Experience: 03 years in EdTech sales, academic counseling, or tele-counseling.
- Languages: Fluency in Hindi & English is mandatory.
- Strong communication, persuasive, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
