Job Title: Blue Collar Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Blue Collar Operations Manager to lead our end-to-end staffing operations for blue-collar roles. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth client delivery, managing recruiter teams, optimizing sourcing channels, and maintaining strong client relationships while achieving business targets.

Job Purpose:

To lead the execution of blue-collar recruitment strategies, ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates, manage a team of recruiters, and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions, including pickers, packers, loaders, field sales, housekeeping, security, etc.
  • Lead and guide a team of recruiters and field coordinators to achieve hiring targets.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, handle escalations, and coordinate with sourcing partners, job portals, and local vendors.
  • Monitor daily hiring status, ensure fulfillment within SLA timelines, and ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and compliance.
  • Manage bulk hiring drives and walk-ins at client sites, analyze hiring data, and implement process improvements.
  • Coordinate with payroll, compliance, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and adherence to company policies.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience in warehousing, delivery bike riders, general duty, housekeeping, security guards, and sales (retail and distributor). A proven track record of successfully leading teams, delivering results, and building strong relationships is essential.
