SAP OpenText InfoArchive Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned SAP OpenText expert to collaborate on effective archiving solutions. In this role, you will work with clients to design and implement optimal data storage strategies using SAP OpenText InfoArchive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive data archiving plans for clients using SAP OpenText InfoArchive
  • Configure and customize SAP OpenText InfoArchive to meet client requirements
  • Provide training and support to clients on the use of SAP OpenText InfoArchive
  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing data archiving solutions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with SAP OpenText and InfoArchive
  • Strong understanding of data archiving concepts and best practices
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (onsite/remote)
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with cloud-based archiving solutions
  • Knowledge of IT service management principles and practices
  • Fluency in multiple languages
