Job Overview

This role involves the administration and management of data archives. The position requires technical expertise in SAP data archiving, server administration, and software management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer servers to ensure smooth data archiving operations
  • Maintain and upgrade enterprise applications for efficient data management
  • Perform troubleshooting and resolve issues related to authorization and server performance
  • Assist project teams in testing archive functionalities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Migrate data and perform technical and functional testing
Requirements and Expectations

Candidates should have experience in SAP data archiving, server administration, and software management. Proficiency in Agile practices, Scrum framework, and ServiceNow is essential.

  • Deliver high-quality incident and problem management solutions within agreed SLAs
  • Ensure successful and error-free SAP Maintenance activities according to approved schedules
  • Complete assigned User Stories prioritized by the Product Owner
  • Produce high-quality documentation on lessons learned, undocumented problem solutions, and new configurations
