UX Research Lead

We are looking for a talented user experience professional to lead research initiatives and drive customer-centric design decisions.
About the Role:- Conduct comprehensive user research to inform product development and enhance overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed user insights into product roadmaps and optimize digital journeys.
- Design and execute user research studies, including usability tests, surveys, and interviews.
- Translate research findings into actionable insights that guide product design decisions.
- Evaluate existing digital experiences and recommend improvements to drive business growth.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Design, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a UX researcher or in a similar role.
- Strong expertise in usability testing, contextual inquiry, and data analysis.
- Experience with tools like Dovetail, Maze, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD) for collaboration.
- Knowledge of financial services workflows and unit economics.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
