Role Overview

As a UX Researcher, you will work closely with our product and design teams to uncover insights that shape the future of our platform. You'll conduct user interviews, heuristic evaluations, competitor analysis, qualitative research, and quantitative research.

Responsibilities

  • User Interviews: Plan and summarize 1:1 interviews to understand user needs and behaviors.
  • Heuristic Evaluations: Review our product to spot usability issues and suggest improvements.
  • Competitor Analysis: Benchmark competitor products and highlight opportunities for innovation.

Requirements

A strong interest in UX research, usability, and human-centered design is required.

Familiarity with basic research methods is necessary.
