Lead UX Strategist

We are seeking an exceptional Lead UX Strategist to join our team. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for defining the overall UX strategy and guiding the design process to ensure our digital products meet the needs of our target audience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive UX strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to define project goals and requirements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of UX designers and researchers to foster innovation and growth.
  • Conduct user research, usability evaluations, and heuristic reviews to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
  • Guide the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and interaction patterns to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Oversee the visual design process to ensure brand consistency and alignment with UX goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, such as Design or Human-Computer Interaction.
  • Extensive experience in UX design and strategy, with a strong portfolio to showcase.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools, such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
