Senior Lead UX/UI Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead UX/UI Designer to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving design strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Solid understanding of design systems, accessibility, and user experience principles is essential for this role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other design tools is required.

Job Description:

The Senior Lead UX/UI Designer will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and maintaining a robust design system that aligns with organizational goals.
  2. Leading the creation and implementation of new UI components and templates.
  3. Collaborating with stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure design solutions meet business needs.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, Industrial Design, Interaction Design, or equivalent.
  • 7+ years' experience in UX/UI design, preferably on AEM or headless CMS platforms.
  • Strong expertise with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, and prototyping software.
  • Deep understanding of component-driven design methodologies and design tokens.
