  • Establish and lead the UI/UX practice for Zimetrics — setting vision, frameworks, and design standards.
  • Define and implement design thinking methodologies across client programs.
  • Develop industry-leading workflows using the latest design and AI-powered tools.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing design team — recruiting, coaching, and defining career paths.
  • Champion usability, accessibility, and user-centered design principles in every engagement.
  • Communicate design strategies and rationale effectively to executives, cross-functional teams, and clients.
  • Client & Project Engagements
  • Act as Principal Designer on high-value projects — from discovery workshops to final delivery.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Clients to design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and final interfaces.
  • Facilitate design workshops with clients, using strong communication to align diverse perspectives.
  • Present design concepts and user research findings to senior stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and storytelling impact.
  • Stay hands-on in design execution when needed to set quality benchmarks.
  • Marketing Collaboration
  • Partner with the Marketing team to enhance Zimetrics' visual brand narrative across digital, print, event, and campaign assets.
  • Contribute to brand identity guidelines, visual storytelling, and UI consistency across all corporate and product touchpoints.
  • Provide design leadership for marketing-led digital experiences — including website, interactive assets, and product showcases.
  • Work closely with marketing leaders to articulate design ideas in a way that inspires both internal teams and external audiences.

Key Skills & Experience.

  • 10+ years in UI/UX design, with at least 3 years leading design teams or practices.
  • Deep expertise in Product Design, UX, UI, Interaction Design, and Usability Testing.
  • Strong command of Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design frameworks.
  • Proficiency in industry-leading tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, and AI-powered design tools).
  • Proven ability to communicate design decisions and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience building and scaling design teams in consulting or product engineering environments.
  • Exceptional visual communication and storytelling skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt design strategies across diverse industries.
