Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Application Support Specialist to join our team at TaskUs. As a key member of our Corporate Application Support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for corporate applications, including HCM, FINANCIALS, Recruiting, and Payroll.
  • Act as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails from employees regarding corporate application issues and queries.
  • Maintain a high degree of customer service and adhere to all service management principles.
  • Provide training on how to effectively use corporate applications tools and systems.
  • Assist in the development of support efficiency and quality assurance processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in user administration, system configuration, and SQL scripting.
  • Experience with .NET technology and UI technologies such as AngularJS, ReactJs, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and Node.js.
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming and good coding skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as cloud platforms like AWS and AWS Services.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote, virtual, global environment.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.

Work Location and Schedule:

  • TaskUs Chennai Office only.
  • Flexi - Rotating/Shifting Schedule.
  • Current WFH Setup.
