In this sales leadership position, you will be responsible for the overall sales performance in assigned geographies. This includes achieving monthly numbers by delivering volume and realizing revenue. You will also manage relationships with various stakeholders, negotiate and customize our offerings, and guide your team to achieve their targeted revenue every year.

Key responsibilities include managing key accounts to ensure repeat purchases and higher shares of customer wallets through cross-selling opportunities. You will analyze the customer funnel to derive business intelligence leading to reduced acquisition costs and improved stickiness and repeat rates amongst acquired customers. Additionally, you will enable changes to sales processes to improve customer conversion and champion customer-centricity within the sales associates.

To succeed in this role, you should have 8-10 years of sales experience in a B2B ecosystem, dealing with companies in EPC, Infrastructure, or Real Estate sectors. A strong background in leading sales teams and working by example is also essential. You should possess excellent communication skills, a bias for action, self-drive, and initiative. Our ideal candidate has experience in the TMT industry.
