Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Consultant to lead the implementation of our Human Capital Management system.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR technology, project management, and stakeholder management.

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation/updating/modification process for all the Oracle HCM modules
  • Work with vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure the success of the implementation and resolve any technical or business-related issues
  • Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules where needed, according to business needs and best practices
  • Develop and deliver training materials and user guides, plan for pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support for HR professionals and other business users
  • Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products, including communication, training, and end-user engagement
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to ensure timely delivery of the Oracle HCM implementation
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster effective relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership, employees, and external partners
  • Configuration and Customization: Ensure that Oracle HCM is configured and customized to meet business needs and best practices
  • Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support to HR professionals and other business users to ensure successful adoption of the new system
  • Change Management: Lead organizational change management activities to ensure smooth transition to the new system
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle HCM certifications) are a plus
  • Overall 12 to 15+ years of experience with experience in implementing HR Systems / Support Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations (across multiple modules)
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services function
  • Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights function
Technical Skills
  • Experience with Oracle HCM implementation and Project Management
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM integration with other HR and enterprise systems (BMC Helix or any other third-party tools)
  • High proficiency in excel, macro and other report automation tools
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools across HR lifecycle
  • Familiarity with Gen AI tools
  • Familiarity with data migration, testing, and validation within the SuccessFactors environment
