About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP-HR Developer with strong expertise in HR-related modules and ABAP development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP HR solutions to support business processes, with a focus on Payroll, Time Management, and Personnel Administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and enhance SAP HR applications using ABAP.
  • Work on HR-related objects such as Payroll, Time Management, and Personnel Administration.
  • Perform technical analysis, design, coding, and unit testing.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues in existing HR ABAP programs.
  • Support integrations with third-party HR systems.
  • Prepare technical documentation and adhere to coding standards.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in ABAP-HR development.
  • Good understanding of SAP HR module functionalities (PA, OM, Payroll, Time Management).
  • Experience in Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms (SAPscript, SmartForms, Adobe Forms), and User Exits.
  • Proficient in debugging and performance tuning.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with HR-ABAP Workflow.
  • Knowledge of HANA DB and OData services.
  • Exposure to SAP Fiori apps for HR.

Education:

  • Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
