We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP HR expert to join our team. As an experienced professional in SAP HR and payroll, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective solutions for our organization.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Work on night shifts (4:30 PM to 1:30 AM) to meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery of projects.

  • Utilize your experience in HR-specific ABAP development, including Personality Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY), Time Management (TM), Employee Self-Service (ESS), and Manager Self-Service (MSS).
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP HCM (HR) workflows, enhancements, and configurations.
  • Leverage your expertise in ABAP Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) to create efficient and scalable solutions.
  • Implement IDocs, BAPIs, and RFCs for seamless integration of SAP HR data.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of HR business processes, including employee data management, payroll processing, time management, and recruitment.
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors integration is a plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
