Job Title

In this role, you will be responsible for owning the customer experience across our web and mobile platforms.

  • You will define and own the roadmap for digital CX across web and mobile platforms.

  • You will ensure integration readiness with backend APIs.
Main Responsibilities

As a Digital Customer Experience Lead, your key responsibilities include:

  • CX Roadmap Development: Define and own the roadmap for digital CX across web and mobile platforms.
  • Business Vision Translation: Translate business and product vision into sprint-ready deliverables.
  • Integration Readiness: Ensure integration readiness with backend APIs.
Tech Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need to possess strong technical skills and qualifications, including:

  • Technical Feasibility: Validate technical feasibility and break down requirements for engineering teams.
  • API Contracts: Work with developers on API contracts, secure integrations, and performance optimisation.
  • CICD & App Store Management: Oversee CI/CD, app store submissions, and release checklists for mobile/web.
