Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis & Frameworks:
    • Design and implement comprehensive data frameworks aligned with investment strategies and operational needs, with a focus on the private equity sector.
    • Review control and monitoring mechanisms, establish and track critical KPIs periodically, and perform gap analysis.
  • Financial Insights & Reporting:
    • Conduct deep-dive diagnostic reviews of financial statements and industry benchmarking.
    • Analyze financial data, develop financial models, and provide industry-specific insights into key financial ratios and KPIs.
  • Deal Support & Integration:
    • Assist clients in integrations, separations, and carve-outs, including planning and managing processes.
