International Business Development Manager

Job Summary
As a seasoned International Business Development Manager at Sree Tammina Software Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in international markets. Your primary focus will be on expanding our presence in [Target Region/Country].
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing international clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans aligned with business growth objectives, considering international market dynamics.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams (marketing, product, delivery) to ensure seamless client engagement and successful project delivery.
- Proposal Development: Develop compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition and address client needs.
- Sales Excellence: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Global Mindset: Possess a global mindset, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and the ability to navigate international business practices.
- Night Shift Work: Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST) to facilitate effective communication with clients in different time zones.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/masters degree in business administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably with exposure to international markets.
- Proven track record of success in identifying, qualifying, and closing new business deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to adapt your approach to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to market research and sales planning.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and a strong sense of customer focus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
