Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for International Student Recruitment to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing student recruitment activities, business development, account management, and marketing events for B2B channels across the country or region. This is a home-based role with travel, and the ideal candidate will be located in Hyderabad, India and have ease of travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee student recruitment activities, business development, account management, and marketing events for B2B channels.
  • Collaborate with Company Directors to develop B2B channels and implement marketing and sales strategies.
  • Represent one of our Universities or Colleges located in Europe, North America, or Asia.
  • Develop and train education agents on how to promote the brand.
  • Sourcing agents from fairs, business trips, enquiries, referrals, and general searches.
  • Generating new revenue from existing streams and accounts, as well as identifying new opportunities.
  • Identifying and supporting developing potential business partners and growing existing client relationships.
  • Performing client research, including meeting/engaging with key players in the industry.

Requirements

  • Experience with international student recruitment for Higher Education.
  • An established and relevant agency network and solid relationships with key stakeholders in these agencies.
  • A solid understanding of industry trends to inform strategic planning and forecasting.
  • Ability to develop and train education agents.
  • Experience sourcing agents from various channels.
  • Ability to generate new revenue and identify new opportunities.
  • Proven track record of assisting in identifying and supporting developing potential business partners and growing existing client relationships.
  • Experience performing client research.
