
Senior Sales Manager

We seek a seasoned sales and operations leader to drive growth in the US market for our confidential business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling niche services to US clients with excellent margins, scalability, and resistance to AI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish direct client relationships and opportunities in the US
- Owning the sales/growth process and responsible for P&L, business objectives, and targets
- Identify higher margin opportunities and help pivot the business accordingly
- Independently plan, execute, and build teams to deliver and partner with businesses
- Target-oriented with high-pressure environment multi-tasking and self-motivation skills
- Build, mentor, and motivate a professional workforce with healthy accountability
- Increase team productivity through new recruiting methods and procedures
- Well-versed in defining career paths, building leadership, delegating responsibilities, controlling attrition, and ownership and delivery
- A Master's degree in Business Administration is a definite added value
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in sales and operations
- Excellent analytical, communication, attitudinal, and altitudinal skills, client management, team management, and negotiation skills
