Customer Retention Expert Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Crm Executive to spearhead our customer retention efforts. As part of this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to drive long-term customer engagement and loyalty.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of digital marketing principles, particularly in the realm of crm platforms such as moengage, clevertap, webengage, and braze. Key responsibilities include analyzing campaign success metrics, re-engaging dormant customers, and contributing innovative ideas for crm strategies aimed at attracting and retaining customers.

A successful crm executive will exhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. They will also be a collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies to meet targets and kpis.
  • Support the crm team in executing marketing campaigns and coordinating with designers and copywriters.
  • Analyze campaign success metrics and provide feedback to relevant teams and stakeholders.
  • Re-engage dormant customers and optimize revenue returns per customer/data record.
  • Contribute ideas for crm strategies aimed at attracting and retaining customers.
  • Segment the customer database for targeted marketing activities.
  • Develop and execute testing strategies to enhance organizational and customer outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Basic understanding of html/css preferred.
  • Minimum 0-1 year of experience in digital marketing/crm management or a related field.
  • Familiarity with crm platforms like moengage, clevertap, webengage, braze, etc., advantageous.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborative and adaptable team player with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
