  • Maintaining a proposal content library for faster turnaround.
  • Tracking proposal outcomes, analyzing feedback, and implementing continuous improvements.
  • Ensuring branding, consistency, and quality standards are maintained across all submissions.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal management is necessary.
  • Strong business writing, storytelling, and presentation skills are essential.
  • The ability to translate technical and program details into client-focused narratives is crucial.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, Canva/PowerPoint is preferred.
