Financial Operations Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage financial operations and ensure accurate reporting for educational institutions across India.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, and financial records efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain ledgers, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports with accuracy.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations in a timely manner.
- Evaluate compliance with statutory requirements, taxation, and audit processes effectively.
- Monitor expenses, financial planning, and budgeting for institutions.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and management teams for smooth financial operations.
- Utilize accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks/Zoho or similar) to maintain transparency and accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Accountant, Accounts Executive, or in a similar finance role is essential.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance is required.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel is necessary.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are required.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
