Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Manager to lead our Gifting business on the Encircle Portal. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and executing various promotion and customer engagement activities to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and lead the Gifting business on the Encircle Portal
Ideate, plan, and execute various promotion and customer engagement activities
Work on promoting the business via digital marketing and other initiatives
Responsible for curating and executing customer events
Coordinate with various brand teams for facilitating engagement initiatives
Requirements:
Strong background and working knowledge of Ecommerce
Understanding and experience of website management and social media marketing
Good networking skills
Good at project and stakeholder management
Strong execution skills
Team player
Good communication skills
Willing to Travel (domestic)
