Senior Director of US Contingent Staffing

Job Overview
The Senior Director of US Contingent Staffing will be responsible for overseeing and driving operational excellence in recruitment for the US contingent staffing market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting Operations Leadership: Manage and drive overall recruiting deliverables across the enterprise portfolio of US clients, overseeing global recruiting teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and KPIs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Account Management and Sales teams in the US to ensure success across each client portfolio, serving as a strategic bridge between onshore and offshore teams to foster strong communication and collaboration.
- Process Optimization and Change Management: Identify operational gaps and lead initiatives to improve processes and streamline workflows, developing and implementing scalable recruitment strategies that align with client needs and market trends.
- Team Development and Training: Design and deliver training programs to upskill recruiting teams, building a best-in-class culture, and provide coaching and mentorship to team leads and recruiters to foster professional growth.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and scorecard metrics to drive team accountability and success, continuously refining metrics to ensure alignment with company and client goals.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in recruiting operations, with a strong focus on contingent staffing and global delivery models.
- Proven leadership experience managing large-scale recruiting teams in India for US-based clients.
- Expertise in change management, process improvement, and implementing scalable solutions.
- A strong understanding of US labor laws, contingent staffing requirements, and market trends.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
