Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Healthcare Staffing Director to lead and optimize our recruitment operations. This role demands extensive experience in healthcare recruitment, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of achieving organizational hiring goals. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment strategies and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Healthcare Staffing Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare sector. You will oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to their onboarding. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients will be critical to understanding their staffing needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
A significant part of this role involves leading and mentoring a team of recruiters, providing the necessary guidance and support to meet team objectives. You will need to stay abreast of industry trends and adapt to new country-specific recruitment processes, training your team to deliver results within tight deadlines. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal departments, including marketing and HR, to enhance employer branding and improve the overall candidate experience.
To ensure success, you will monitor recruitment metrics, prepare detailed reports, and present progress updates to the leadership team. Your work will also involve ensuring strict compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies to maintain the highest standards of recruitment practice.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with proven experience in healthcare recruitment and a deep understanding of the industry. Strong leadership and team management skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, are essential.
We are seeking someone with a results-oriented mindset who is focused on meeting targets and deadlines. Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is required, as is a thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
