  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and staffing solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, specifically in US staffing services.
  • Strong understanding of the US staffing industry, including market trends and client needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
