
Senior Contact Center Solutions Specialist

A skilled contact center engineer is required to design, deploy, and support high-volume call center environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IVR scripting, integration, and configuration.
The engineer will be responsible for designing and deploying Cisco UCCE and CUCM-based contact center solutions, developing and implementing IVR self-service scripts, integrating and configuring Nuance TTS and STT functionality, and troubleshooting issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy contact center solutions
- Develop and implement IVR self-service scripts
- Integrate and configure Nuance TTS and STT functionality
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Cube and related systems
- Support integration efforts with CRM and business applications
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Cisco UCCE, CUCM, Unity, and IVR scripting
- Expert knowledge of call flow design, routing scripts, and peripheral applications
- Advanced knowledge of Cisco Cube configuration, SIP/ISDN protocols, dial plans, and device pool management
- Proven track record in integration testing and troubleshooting
